When is special foundation engineering needed?
Mainly on sites with unfavourable geology (fills, clays, high groundwater), for infill construction, underpinning of existing foundations and wherever shallow foundations cannot provide sufficient bearing capacity.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on geology, scope and technology. After a free consultation we prepare a specific quotation, usually within a few working days.
Do you work across the whole Czech Republic?
Yes. We are based in Libochovice and deliver projects nationwide — our references include Prague, the D8 motorway and international projects.
